Session six

Posterior legs, pelvis and lower back.

This session examines the relationship between the pelvis and the legs in respect to the upper torso. The whole body will at this point, begin to manifest an upward thrust, lengthening and relaxing dramatically This can manifest as a lightness.

Many old aches and pains of the back and legs may diminish.

Because of their relative flexibility the lumbar and cervical spinal areas tend to compensate with each other; negative patterns in the lower back are often mirrored in the neck as the cervical spine moves to attempt balance.
